N.a.v. a number of points for improvement that I had suggested to Toyota dealer Van Gent in Veenendaal, I had a pleasant telephone conversation with Gilbert van Gent, who learned from them and that makes me positive so that they become even more professional. If my bill was partially refunded you would have received 4 stars or if you had a day ride in a beautiful Yaris GR you would have earned 5 :) That does not mean that I recommend Van Gent to everyone and thank you again Gilbert! Once you've driven a Toyota, you don't want anything else. And if you still need maintenance, Toyota Van Gent is a great dealer who really goes for service.
