Babydump Veenendaal

I ordered a bopita baby kamer set from them, but I definitely not recommend this brand and the after service even though the staff in the store are nice. Quality is not that good and they even packed the wrong piece in the box (I found out this brand has this problem often later), so I get stuck with the unfinished furniture and opened their smelly big box everywhere in the house. You have to wait 1-2 months for the correct piece to be delivered again. The manual they give is not usually friendly and some information are missing. You have to guess how to do it or re-do a lot during building the furniture. While you re-do the furniture, some parts of your furniture become broken because of that. The company (I think it should be bopita's problem but babydump helps them to create a story together) keeps lying that the delivery time of the correct piece. First, they said the correct piece will arrive on early September, but the date before babydump Customer Service suddenly contacted us and said they cannot make it and the piece will arrive 1 week later. After 1 week, still nothing is received. We called babydump and asked what happened. They said the delivery guy came by already at 8:00am(?!) but no one at home, LOL.....we were at home and awake at 8:00am already and my door bell works. LIAR! We got an update after two days and we were told that this correct piece will arrive on 29 September, but we got a call from babydump on 28 September and they said the correct piece cannot arrive on time and they can only deliver it in MIDDLE October. My due date is also middle October and who can promise they will not delay the delivery date again. I decided to ask for the refund and ask them to come to get back the closet, since I do not believe them anymore.

Close to our home, so far is our fav baby shop cos its pretty big and you can find all your baby needs. Price is most of the time cheper than the rest (our own experience). What i like the nost is, we could order online and deliver to the shop without paying extra for courier service. Keep up thw good service!!!

Poor service. Advertising to pick up complimentary baby box, yet none available at the store for a month. No interest shown to follow up regarding when the item will be in stock.

Very bad shopping experience. However the store itself is nice. It would be no problem if your product didn't broken. I started to contact with then since my baby's bed broke. Until now my baby has been sleeping on a broken bad for more than two months. They rarely reply emails, and when you call them to ask they say they will check an d call me back. But I didn't get called get all. Yesterday I called them today to ask what is going on, and they asked me to send the copy of the receipt, and then they will order it. I said I already enclosed it in the first email I have send to you. Guess what, they said but it has been too long they could't find it anymore. Now you also know it takes toooo long ha. Today I received an email that told me they received the receipt bu they dont know what is going on with my case, they asked me whom I talk to yesterday on the phone. Come on how should I suppose to know I need to remember the name? A man that can speak English! Is it really so complected to order a screw for the bed?

Very good store. Has a large selection of baby and pregnancy related products. Only downside are the limited parking spaces.
