I ordered a bunch of flowers. These would be delivered in zh. Had not happened due to circumstances. This immediately adjusted to the recipient's home address, also sent an email to the company that would deliver flowers, no, it all turned out fine. The company that would deliver the flowers, a lot went wrong there, in the end after a week the flowers were not yet delivered to the recipient. This was spoken via email, chat and telephone. That was my problem I had to find out for myself with the webshop . Again sent an email that I do not think this is fair, if it had not been possible to deliver the flowers to report this to Uwbloemenman.nl, accept the order and receive money but not deliver. To give the Uwbloemenman.nl a bad name. And let me down as a customer of a customer. Contacted Uwbloemenman.nl, found it very annoying that this was done. Money was refunded. And on behalf of Uwbloemenman.nl a bunch of flowers was still sent to the recipient. Very good service. I recommend Uwbloemenman.nl. Fresh bunches of flowers nicely full ...

To start with: These are really beautiful bouquets and they eventually arrive in really good condition! I tried to contact this company for days but they didn't answer their email; I had also left their answering machine but there was no call back ... I had ordered a bouquet for my mother's 77th birthday and it never arrived. Eventually it turned out that they could not be reached due to an enormous influx of orders and a system that got stuck and I did get in touch via facebook. I will now receive a new bouquet as a gift for the inconvenience and my money will be neatly refunded. I like this way how the problem was solved afterwards. Chapeau :-)

what should have been delivered on the agreed day did not work. After contact by e-mail, it is resolved and a super nice bouquet is delivered the same day.

Ordered a bouquet in April for my mother's birthday. Date set when the delivery had to be made. The bouquet was delivered too early and this was passed on. Not to be ugly but only to let them know. Possibly something was wrong in the system. Was very kindly spoken and received a discount code. I wanted to use the code this week but unfortunately it stopped working. Just made a call and again spoke very friendly. Code was void for a month. Unfortunately was not in the mail. Now the code has been changed and I can use it. Top service and beautiful flowers! ❤

Today received a huge bouquet of flowers. Beautiful bouquet with roses and greenery. Very beautiful and carefully packaged. The stems are packed in a bag with wares and water. Really super fresh flowers. And the delivery person extremely friendly. I asked the giver who delivered because this really deserves a good review.
