Ordered 3 products from Dok2 at the end of September. One of the products was neatly delivered at the end of October. The second product was broken on delivery. After contacting customer service, we receive an email from Dok2 in which they indicate that they will contact the supplier. I found this email very strange given the fact that we buy a product from Dok2 and not from the supplier. In my opinion Dok2 should solve this with us and we have nothing to do with the supplier of Dok2. Ultimately, the product was picked up at our home and we received the costs back (we opted for this given the new, too long delivery time of the lamp). We would receive the third product last week after several delays. After contacting us by telephone, this product appears to have been delayed again. We would not receive the product that was ordered at the end of SEPTEMBER until the first week of MARCH. Also canceled this purchase and re-ordered yesterday from a competitor. (And got it delivered today.) Dok2 has a nice showroom but no warehouse and therefore (almost) nothing in stock.

Even wennen aan de nieuwe situatie, maar alles is goed verlopen en we zijn heel goed geholpen.
