Even with all the covid-19 measures, I was helped very well, very clearly and very kindly; from security guard at the door, covid-19 complaints check, receptionist to finally a blood sampler. I am very neat, painless and well pricked. Not even bruises.

It starts here on arrival that there are always too few parking places. You come in and at the reception they are too busy chatting with each other so that greetings are not there. If you are helped after a standard 30-minute to about an hour delay, you will be very uninterested. In addition, the ENT doctor said that everything was fine while the doctor said the day before that there was a point of attention. The doctor also wrote twice a too high dosage for my son of 2.5 years according to the pharmacy. The doctor himself maintained that the dosage was correct. Get the broom through this company because there is a lot wrong.

A pass otherwise you can not be helped, I can just identify myself .... Draw a number at the prick angle while you are the only one, be helped with an open door while all details are discussed, staff always speaks first assumption to there then find out that it is not correct. Staff speak about the so-called mis-qualities of their colleagues. As far as customer friendliness and empathy are concerned, a continent can still be exploited here.

At reception desk you get the idea that people are not listened to are interrelated in rather important matters show little interest in patient
