Vincent Container Cleaning Service B.V.

This is simply the worst company of which I've had a bad luck being a client. I know that purchase next to the door is a bad thing but this time the seller of this "service" told me that I can try out the "service" and cancel it if and when I wish even though the contract is for one year. I was new to the neighbourhood and was surprised why my neighbours didn't have the stickers of this company (they use stickers to determine which container to clean). And then I understood why. As others said - they don't come when the service is scheduled and when they come they wash containers very badly. But the worst thing when I wanted to cancel my subscription they told me that I cannot do it and have to pay them for one year. Pay for the 'service' they don't provide. Several calls and emails didn't help at all they said me that I simply have to pay. If anyone else had a chance to unsubscribe from them please leave this information in your review how you did it to help other clients (victims) of this company.

Terrible is the word. They made me wait whole day and didn't come to clean up the container. I just registered with them yesterday and upon asking them why do they have so many negative reviews , the lady said the reviews are old. So I registered and asked to clean my duo bin asap . She offered to clean it today as the cleaners will be coming to the nearby area for other appointments. When no body came until 3:30 gave them a call and the lady who picked up said the cleaners are already on the way. She was also launging (loudly ) while talking to me. I couldn't understand that. Around 4:45 no body was still there to clean the container. So called once again. No one picked up the call. My question is if the cleaner was already on the way where did the cleaner go. It was just bluffing and that's why probably the lady on call was laughing. You made me wait whole day to get the container cleaned. I can't keep my container empty for longer. So was the urgency. Moral of the story, always believe the reviews. They are there for a reason . Going to call tomorrow. If nothing is done, will cancel the subscription immediately.

Paid for a year in advance and is not really getting service for it. In 2 months 0 bins have been cleaned. Some excuses have been given, as I should have looked at other reviews before signing up.
