Would have been 5 but for English mail service . Ordered Collar. Easy ordering , instant despatch , instant tracking information given , in England in 24 hours and then ooops the dreaded UK MAIL couriers get their hands on it and it's all over. Undelivered, sent three emessages via their site no response , tried to speak to driver , no English message UK Mail , I said I have three times , no English message UK Mail. Spoke to PayPal and sent copies of emessages instant refund. But feel sorry for Eurobully and embarrassed about our mail service. Phil
