Helaas zal deze review zich aan sluiten bij de berg aan slechte reacties!
Ook hier hebben wij DellaChef een 2de kans gegeven. Via thuisbezorgd word een bezorgtijd van 25 minuten aangegeven, erg snel denk je dan. Helaas veranderd na de bestelling al geplaatst te hebben in ca. 59 minuten.
Dan accepteer je de ineens 3x langere wachttijd en heb je nog niks ontvangen. Dus besluit men te bellen over de status van de bestelling. Helaas wordt men dan ook nog is op een brutale wijze te woord gestaan, en aangegeven dat ze er niks aan kunnen doen. Het is immers druk! Je mag toch aannemen dat een bedrijf binnen deze branche weet hoe ze hiermee om moeten gaan.
Daarnaast werd ook bij ons aan gegeven dat ze nog moesten beginnen aan de bestelling en dat terwijl je al een uur hebt gewacht.
Het eten smaakt wel ontzettend lekker!
Second chance given. Last time delivery time 45 minutes, after calling it was said it would take 10 minutes. In total it took 1.5 hours. Now delivery time at home was 25 minutes. Was taken 59 minutes after ordering. No food yet, when I called an order still had to be made and it will come my way when the delivery person returns. Meanwhile we wait 1.5 hours. Very unfriendly treatment. Food was tasty and delivery very friendly
Yes the delivery takes a bit longer, but then you also get something! I've ordered from here several times now and I always think the food is TOP.
To be honest, even better than other things.
I see a lot of negative reviews about that delivery time, but for me it's worth the wait!
Update: another try, definitely the last time! After almost two hours we call where it stays, they say that they no longer have one of the two dishes and that they have yet to start. Scandalous! If I could, I gave them a -5 stars. Now let's hope that the food arrives and that it is not cold ..
Bad delivery. We have been waiting for an order for 1.5 hours and that at nine in the evening. Not to be advised!
