The shops are fine. Order placed online, shoes too big. Returned. After almost 1.5 weeks nothing was heard. Even 4 days back seeing an email sent incl. Order number, no response. In our created account you will see ... nothing. You can't do anything here. Not very good .. No idea how this will end. Maybe this works and action is taken from you. Update immediately after the review message 1 day later. On the way. The email has not been responded to. Shoes finally arrived. Happy at first, soon disappointed again. The shoes seemed to have been returned and everything was gone. damaged nose, broken lace. Which all say mediocre .. again after it. still 2 stars instead of 1 because the Veenendaal store may not be able to do anything about it, hopefully it can ..

Nice store with a nice assortment. The after-sales service is also very good. Had a complaint and everything was neatly solved. They will definitely see me again!
