Delivery on time, but two right skates received and not the ordered skate protectors! Everything was in a box that seemed to have already been opened (!!). There was no wad of paper left in the shoe of the skate and one iron guard from the factory was loose in the box, the other was missing. Called repeatedly about this and I would be called back 3 times. After 4 hours no call back and then got angry on the phone. In the end I was sent a different brand, because the skate was no longer in stock (I literally saw the stock dwindle while waiting for the call back). The company does not have a freepost number for free return of the incorrect delivery and emails will not be responded to. So bad service and what chaos in this webshop! From now on I will order my skates elsewhere ...

Extremely bad. Delivery was very smooth and according to the promised delivery time (chapeau despite the skating fever and order pressure), but the order processing and customer service is dramatic. Instead of ordering 2 pairs of skates, only 1 pair received. Also a wrong pair. First time contact customer service was fine, would be resolved. Did not like it anyway, did not receive any confirmation by email. My feeling was right. Called again afterwards and they knew nothing about it. Moreover, they do not handle anything by phone due to the crowds. In the meantime I have no skates that I can use ... I will not order here again

Unlike my predecessors (reviews), I had a perfect service at schaatsland.nl. I also wanted to order skates at the last minute, didn't dare to order at first because I was afraid that the website was fake, but none of that. I received a neat text message that the skates were ready in Veenendaal. Picked up in a simple office next to a waste disposal company. Great skates, perfectly sharpened and delivered cleverly in that peak period. (just a pity that there were no protectors with the skates). Furthermore, top done people.

Skates seemed second-hand (this suspicion was reinforced by the packaging; a cardboard and worn box without logo or the like). Also no proof of purchase received with delivery or a receipt or the like. It's that I want to skate this week, so I'll keep the skates. Do feel ripped off.

I am very positive; in this extreme peak busyness I received a call at Tuesday evening (20:00) to help me with my choice. The skates were shipped that evening and arrived neatly packaged the next day. Skates are neatly and neatly packaged, nothing special here.
