Nothing but praise for the front office / reception, friendly, helpful, cooperative. Unfortunately, the situation is different for the male civil service employee. Mister is very strict in the rules, but he does not know friendly customer focus, not to mention the hygiene rules regarding Covid-19, sitting on the nose several times and handing my ID card with that same hand without batting an eyelid.
