Christmas lights ordered through Fonq. This would be delivered no later than December 7 and I would be kept informed by e-mail. On December 9 I sent an email with a question about the status. Get a reply without a salutation that it is sold out and they cancel. No apologies and therefore not already reported the moment they knew. Apparently it took a question from me first. Unfortunately, they have not stated whether and how they will refund the money. It's really okay that I have to wait two weeks for a package, but then I expect that it will either actually be delivered or that the alarm will be raised earlier if they cannot deliver and not that I have to go after it myself.
