Poor knowledge concerns items that look alike when the 1 is sold out. Making it difficult about returning articles because of this "Yes everyone says it is unopened but in the meantime .." Seal of packaging was intact, however. So far only had 1 friendly employee, the rest sigh and support and complain if you disagree with their recommendations that make no sense. Clinique is not hypoallergenic and Shisheido is not at all.

Unfortunately, this store doesn't stand out in terms of service. Returns often cause problems, they look for reasons to refuse. Given multiple chances, this was really the last time for me.

I went to Douglas for a Mother's Day gift. we asked something there and we were just ignored and she walked away sorry but I understand that the people are dissatisfied here! Daaena we went to the Kruidvat there it is 1. Cheaper and 2. You get good help
