Ms Van der Waart has acted in this case illegal and in breach of medical confidentiality, since proper identification basis for the transfer and further destruction of our personal health information was missing entirely. It is so bad that we have indicated after leaving us the details of our new doctor NOT wanted to share with her, because she would not let correct the untruths and it did not act in our interests. So far, Mrs. van der Waart handled a delay technique for years and she still has not shown how our records were destroyed. This case of corruption will certainly be prosecuted.
