I am very dissatisfied with the GPs in this practice, especially the 2 female GPs. You feel totally unheard, misunderstood and not helped. The assistants are helpful and attentive in themselves. You are sent home by the doctor with 'just take a paracetamol and here you have something for the nausea' when you are actually almost 3 months pregnant, but she refused to take a test. Your son is born - you get a card with 'Happy birthday to your daughter'. Visited for complaints that the baby has, the doctor literally looked in the pram for 2 seconds and then turned me off with a referral. If I could, I would have left here, but all GP practices are full and unfortunately are not accepting new patients.

Doctor Jansen (who has taken over this practice) knows nothing about breastfeeding. Says it's just supposed to hurt. Yellow batter on nipples is also included? What an ignorance. This doctor should know that breastfeeding should not hurt. And moreover that if it hurts, a solution can usually be found. Get up to speed or shut up!

Mr. Boorsma has been my doctor since I moved and I like this. Nice communication, humor, direct and clear and reassuring. Very satisfied.
