My mother received flowers from this company because of the death of my father (had been ordered by acquaintances and had it delivered .. The expensive roses were in a very bad condition after a few days. They were contacted by phone and she had to send photos so that they could assess it and then if necessary after review to a store to get a new one. She didn't want to deliver a new one. My mom was quite upset after the phone call and was treated incredibly foolishly by the operator. I am never going to order flowers here with his poor service.
