Have a beautiful bouquet prepared for the female, it turned out that certain flowers did not open. Presumably a bacterium or the like. in the vase. No problem for Jelte, he just makes a new bouqet. As far as we are concerned, Jelte deserves 'the hot shower' ;-) Jack Mensinga is a florist as it is known.

I had ordered a bouquet late that day and Jack had delivered it quickly the same Saturday but it was not a spring bouquet as I wished. Jack should of course have asked me by phone if an alternative was possible because he was short of flowers. I was very disappointed and indicated by email that I was not satisfied. He responded immediately to my mail on Monday morning. Customer satisfaction is of paramount importance to Jack. A nice spring book was added at the end. Very neat.
