If you order sushi at Sushi Den Helder for delivery and the tuna and part of the salmon (a € 15, -) are full of nerves and you send a message .. You must enclose the spit out and discarded pieces as proof on the photo . Then the text that no one else has complained, it belongs to the fish and if we disagree, we have to come and get a roll. Not easily impressed but wow!

Bad service, orders take very long time every time. It was supposed to be delivered at 5.45 pm and after a phone call (6.10 pm) our sushi was not even on its way. Called again (6:40 PM) after the sushi was still not there. Here we were told that it was almost underway. 7pm still no sushi, and called again. It was now underway. Several times already ordered from this place, but every time the same story ... we order the sushi well in advance, but that is no use.

Delicious sushi Always good quality! I really am a sushi lover. Get it regularly but most often I order here

The sushi was warm! Worried and smelled different than usual. Called immediately. The lady first argued that it was not possible. Then it was said that the old box would be picked up to test that we weren't lying about how hot it was and that we would have eaten more of it. We would then get a new one right away. When the courier arrived at the door, we returned the old one but did not receive a new one. Then again the courier at the door fifteen minutes later. Called again and this was the same box! The cook had checked it and it was good. We had to do it with this! super bad service and antisocial staff! This was my last time.
