Buuf is a cosy restaurant in a old monastery in the center of Amersfoort. In the summer it is a great place to sit in the garden and enjoy their delicious cakes or sandwiches. The new orangery has a modern feel and is very open to light and spacious.

The food quality is very good and the portions are very generous. The staff was courteous but not really friendly. The place inside can get quite warm and v noisy if it's full. I will go here again though.

Only pies and cakes, not much for lunch. Outside seats are also not the best as the seats and the tables wobble the whole time. The drinks are not what you expect, we asked for cola (as in coca cola) and got some kind of lemonade... The pies are really good as an upside! Good job with cooking!!!

Really great coffee and pies. Outdoor seating is slightly horrible as the small seat and tables will wobble all the time. Still, a nice place to sit, just around the corner from the busy city centre.
