What a k.u.t company. Pin payments are transferred much too late under the guise of interference, yes bye, how much interference can you have. Company sold, you can continue to pay a 2-year subscription! Worthless, people don't fall for it, rather go to your own bank!

I was able to enjoy the services of Pindirect with great ease for three years. The great thing is that you get your money right away and the device always works when your WiFi works. very nice. good service too. Just a pity that they have no service outside the Netherlands otherwise I would have taken them on a trip.

FRAUD COMPANY, HE SELLS PIN MACHINES, BUT HE CANNOT MAKE THE SETTINGS ON TERMINALS, MY COMPANY IS HAVING A LARGE SALES LOSS BY AN INCORRECT / INCORRECT SETTING OF THE SOFTWARE TO THE PURCHASED PIN AUTOMAT OF HEM. They do their very best to keep a current customer in my case if your PIN device needs to be replaced. After that when the loot is inside, the service is simply poor. On the day that my new pin device was delivered, they forgot to communicate that the current pin no longer worked. While the other one was not yet inside. There you are in your company with customers, without a pin. Then I mail and call and they will send you from the cupboard to the wall. No communication between departments. No, ma'am, you don't have to be with me for that, just call support. Support is in a meeting when I call, they call you back. Mailed again, no madam you don't have to be with me for that, just call support. Well they still have to call back. Not recommended this company, for me the last time I do business with pin direct.

JESUS WHAT A BAD BUSINESS !!! Calling a 3-year contract on the telephone while it is clearly stated that I cannot sign a 3-year contact in connection with the rental contract for the shop premises because it is only 1 year. Then it is said if the lease of the store has been canceled, and if you send this proof to us then the contract with us can be terminated. NOW AFTER 2 YEARS, it is said, unfortunately you have signed for 3 years and you still have to pay 1 year. We cannot do anything for you because you signed like this. SO SO PEOPLE DON'T GO INTO THE SEA WITH THIS COMPANY BECAUSE THEY LIGHT PEOPLE WITH CONTRACTS !!!! MONEY IS ONLY WHAT THEY SEE! 1 STAR IS TOO MUCH FOR THEM!
