Already once left a review at Treatwell, the reaction of the salon I find not sporty hence another review here. I was not completely satisfied with the leg waxing (frayed) and the manicure (stripes). I was told that I could not do the same color / brand of paint on hands and feet. In the owner's response to my review, that suddenly became possible and I was asked why I had not indicated it immediately. Due to a lack of time you do not always have the time and the desire to indicate something at that moment (because then they want to do it again) and moreover I have largely given my feedback immediately. Be so sporty to work on improvement instead of going against it.

Very satisfied with this salon, after years of searching I finally found a salon where I feel comfortable and where they work according to my wishes. Very nice enthusiastic staff. The salon looks professional and attractive. I have been coming here for about a year every month for a facial, pedicure and gel color (from OPI, they have super beautiful colors, by the way!). Top salon !!

Pedicure treatment done for the first time. She first explained everything that Kim was going to do. She also indicated when it might be a bit "annoying", but luckily this was not the case at all. I felt at ease and will definitely come back. In my opinion definitely recommended!

I am very satisfied with Beauty Lounge Amersfoort. The salon is cozy and the employees are all very nice and professional. I have been to Beauty Lounge for various treatments and I am very happy every time. A salon to recommend !!

Really worth 5 stars! Tomorrow again a nice treatment ....! Thalgo is great ....!
