I was sharing with a friend bad service experiences when I remembered going to this place. Thought I might rate it a year later. Better late than never. I went here a year ago for acne facial treatment. The treatment itself is fine and the results were satisfactory. Len herself, however, constantly tried to push on to me products she was selling or other services. First, she has a price for a facial package. I clearly told her I want a one time service only and why. However, she tried to charge me the package. Then she tried to sell me some skin care products. I had to specifically insist on testers for her to reveal that was an option all along. As a last effort she tried to sell me this "must have" natural oil product that was 60 Euro. I politely explained I have very sensitive skin and that is a steep price to pay on a product that I don't know if it will work. She answered to me "Yes. But I KNOW it will work. '' I did not find that attitude polite or professional. Now I know a bit more about reading product ingredients and the brand she offers (or at least offered at that time) is full of essential oils and perfumes. For someone with sensitive skin as mine it is highly irritating. Glad I didn't buy those products. Please don't treat your patients as just wallets. Or if you do, please learn how to be less uncomfortably obvious about it.

For over 2.5 years I have been coming to Len every four weeks. It is my wonderful relaxing and self-care moment of the month. Len keeps a close eye on what the state of my skin is and what he needs. I love the relax treatment where your skin is well cleansed and cared for and you are pampered halfway with a massage 🥰. Not unimportant, since I come here my eyebrows are always in perfect shape!

Absolute fan of Care by Len for years. A visit to the beautiful salon is a party. It makes my skin super happy and I can really relax. I can now no longer do without the products of Absolution. The products certainly have a price tag but I think it's worth every penny, my skin looks good and feels healthy. I recently saw Instagram that she has been Top Rated for 3 years in a row, I understand why!

Len is a true artist! Greatly enjoyed the Len Masque Termique treatment. Len knows what she is doing, takes extensive time to explain all treatment steps and after an hour and a half I came out of treatment. I'll definitely return!
