Best Volkswagen dealer of Europe
I was in touch in July 2020 to schedule a workshop visit for the usual maintenance and MOT of my Tuareg. Unfortunately not possible until the end of August. On the friendly advice of the receptionist approached a second Volkswagen dealer in Amersfoort, who may have had a hole, this happened more often. The latter could not carry out Tuareg maintenance on his advice, referred to Smeeiing in Soest.
On 11 January contact with Pon Dealer due to a starting problem and was kindly connected with Volkswagen mobility service. Data exchanged for 10 minutes according to protocol on underlying syndromes, blood group, blood pressure and heart rate showed that no official dealer maintenance had been performed and € 199 had to be paid for the help.
After this disappointing experience, I am now convinced that I do not want to do any further business with this Pon company. In the meantime I have had contact with Smeeiing in Soest again. After the quick start aid, a new battery has been placed. Excellent service.
Unfortunately recently had a bad experience here which is just a shame. We walked in on a Saturday morning and asked for a cover plate with Volkswagen logo for the hub of a wheel. The response was not very friendly and we would only have to come back Monday because they did not have it now. And we were also told that such cover plates never go off / get lost, so that it is therefore not in stock (bit strange reaction? I am really not lying). Better drive from now on to another dealer who is willing to take the trouble for you.
