Despite the friendly treatment, I have strong doubts about the professionalism. The plug connection was placed idiot far outside the bumper and way too high. "There is no other way, otherwise we have to cut a hole in your bumper". Fortunately I did not have that done. But that meant that my bicycle carrier could only be placed at an angle. So craftwork. Eventually I found out that placing it on the other side of the towbar gave enough space to mount the connection normally. So lower and much more under the bumper. Don't saw anything away! Adjusted the connection myself and now a well-placed usable towbar plug.
