I dislike their service. Campervan can only be picked up after 3pm the reason they need to clean and prepare the car, we were there alit bit b4 3pm. Turned out there was somekind of introduction which should be start at 3 but we had to wait for other group to arrive. So ok introduction done and its already pretty late when all done around 5.30 so we lost one day already. And we should returned the car before 10. We rent it for one week. So we were there to return the car in normal clean condition. The old lady was abit annoyying by making remarks 'its not clean enough, but ok im nice so next time have to be very clean just like the 1st time you pick it up when you return it' wt* hey lady, we half day to wait your team to 'clean n prepare it' thats why we could only pick it up after 3. Return it before 10 in shiny clean condition. Please use your common sense people!!!! Its not dirty at all.

Six weeks ago ordered and paid for 2 items, but 1 item would be back in stock after 4 weeks, so the other item was not sent either. Never heard from again and now called myself at the back. Apologies, but if an email had already been sent, it would have ended up in my spam (while all their emails normally arrive). It appears that the article cannot be delivered by their supplier, it will probably only arrive at the beginning of October, I understand that. But if I want the other item then I have to pay the extra shipping costs myself. Too bad, VERY BAD SERVICE ADDITION 28 AUG: 2 weeks after the first review we received a neat email with the message that it will take longer. And unexpectedly the Campercentrum Nederland managed to realize the delivery earlier and we received it properly today
