Great store. I've been coming here for years, I'm Ecco addicted when it comes to shoes.

Pick out shoes, adjust and pay. It can go that fast. Just a pity that the price does not immediately catch the eye. Nice helpful lady

Two pairs of shoes for 160 euros. Super sale with you and the dog can always just go inside.

Not OK: you buy shoes that you say you are not entirely sure about, also take spray that is relatively expensive. You bring your shoes back the next day, but the spray is not taken back. Had that at least communicated in advance. Keeping your feet "because that is policy" is a bit sad, does not imply any trust in the customer and ensures that I never come back.
