Update. Gebr Coster BV contacted me about this, because apparently this store is a franchise. Due to Levi's systems, this would not allow for a refund, which of course is still weird. But the service of reaching out & forwarding me to Levis itself and making my complaint again has helped and I got word that Levis is going to pay the money! So thanks Elco for that! Also, of course, no more than appropriate to adjust the rating, by getting in touch with me and thinking along. Hopefully these types of incidents can help to adjust the system in the future. ---- Original Message ---- Nice shop, but service from the 90's. Would advise against buying in the store, better online. Bought pants here in a size that didn't fit right, because they didn't have the right size, I ordered them online at Levi’s. If I come to return the wrong size, I am casually told they cannot return money - just a voucher. Now I have a voucher of more than 100 euros for a store where I would rather not return.

Super nice helped by the male employee. Very with these pants! I received many tips on how to deal with it (care). Thank you Mike or Mikael! I will definitely be back soon.

Nice atmosphere, friendly staff and especially the manager and the boy who always works there! I am happy with it every time!

When you walk into the store there are so many different types of models that you lose your way. Employees have helped me well with this and I will certainly be back soon.
