Very bad. After a long time on the phone very unfriendly lady waiting. My son of 2 who has a very cough and has trouble breathing. She says bluntly that's not my question. I react annoyed back. She says she disconnects. So I called and waited again. The same unfriendly lady again. Then sit with your child. Just like calling for fun. Really special that this kind of staff works there, without any sympathy.

When I read previous reviews, I seriously think that there are a lot of people who don't know what a GP post is for. It is not an extension of the day practice and therefore really for emergency care which really cannot wait until your own doctor is open again.

Great to speak on the phone, very knowledgeable employee as well as the doctor who treated me! Short wait very satisfied!

Very bad! They give you the feeling that you are not allowed to call even though it is an emergency! And caps things off right. My child is now with severe pneumonia!

What a k ** doubt the phone. Dirty sour plum. That such people are hired in healthcare.
