Firma Zoethout

We were looking for a beautiful closet for our daughter's room. After going through some "baby stores" it was clear that we were not going to find what we were looking for. We were looking for a cupboard with character, a cupboard that would look nice in the baby room. I noticed that there was a cozy atmosphere at the workshop / store / showroom of Firma Zoethout. While our 2.5 year old son was playing with the retro toy cars and he was encouraged by the staff to make a nice sidewalk drawing for the entrance to the workshop, we were able to take a look at the different types of cupboards. It soon became clear that there was unfortunately nothing for us in the workshop. At least, the cupboard that we found cool was unfortunately already sold. We were kindly helped further and could also take a look in the shed opposite the workshop. And there we found the sister of the aforementioned (already sold) cloister. After some measuring, we soon got out, this was going to be him. We then have the staff got good color advice. * tip, bring color swatches from the curtains and other available colors of the room where you want to place the furniture. A few weeks later the cupboard was ready. We have received neat photos in advance so that we knew what the cabinet looked like. Because transporting a cupboard is quite a thing and they offer a delivery service from Firma Zoethout at a good price, we have the cupboard delivered. Yesterday evening it was so far the case was concerned. The delivery men were willing (without us asking them) to bring the cupboard upstairs with us. Unfortunately, despite the wide staircase, the cupboard did not fit through the stairwell. With some tips from the delivery staff about the material that we could rent the best, the cupboard was brought in the next day only through the window on the first floor. When unwinding the foil that was around it for protection, it turned out that the key (which was in the keyhole during transport) was broken off. I called Firma Zoethout briefly and it was picked up immediately without any problems. Later in the day I received an app that said that the (replacement) key had already been posted! What a service! We are very happy with the cupboard and will use it with great pleasure in the coming years. The photos are the photos that we have received from Firma Zoethout. Highly recommended!

Beautiful cabinets for sale

The quality of the cupboard purchased from Firma Zoethout is downright poor and the customer service shameful. After a few months of use, the doors are crooked in the cabinet, there are huge cracks in the wood and the cabinet is difficult to use. Unfortunately, Firma Zoethout does not provide a solution to collect and repair this cabinet without incurring additional costs. In addition, they claim that this is the risk when you buy a cabinet from Firma Zoethout.
