Made an appointment at this branch and had a very nice conversation with a gentleman. Then also had mail contact and finally made an appointment for the final adjustments and drawing. When we arrived at the branch it turned out that the man worked in Utrecht and was only on loan at the time, we were waiting very uncomfortably from okay and now? A lady took over but we didn't feel welcome and she tried to rip us off. Cabinet had become smaller and the blade smaller and a cheaper tap, but the price remained the same? Heard 100 excuses and eventually adjusted the price and then we completed the purchase. Biggest mistake of my life. The refrigerator was delivered 3 x damaged with 3 x the same damage. I already called after the second time about something is wrong, this is not an accident but a mistake in a whole load, but the only thing that was done was made a note. After the third time I indicated that I wanted my money back for the refrigerator conversion and that I would try it elsewhere, since the error was still not resolved in the factory, but that was not possible. All I got was a pathetic compensation for the closet which was nowhere near what we paid for it. In the end, I stayed at home for a total of 6-8 afternoons for the delivery and assembly. Our dishwasher wall was also skewed, counter not level, agreements were not fulfilled and the skirting boards were rammed with a nail by a guy of 20 who threw his fish lunch in our paper container which stank for weeks. I think staff are students because they have no sense of responsibility and sound and talk as if they are 16. A guy started to act aggressively on the phone which is really not possible when you work in a contact center, if you cannot stand criticism then find another job. Especially when customers continue to communicate neatly, this is really really really bizarre. After months now I have never had a response to a complaint that I have officially filed and I am genuinely shocked at how bad this company is

Excellent help, good thinking. Everything went according to agreement, from drawing the kitchen to finishing. Kitchen has been in it for a year now. Recently asked a question to customer service, it was answered within 24 hours with the same enthusiasm as when we came to buy. We were helped by Ewoud at the time.

Very customer unfriendly. Don't think along. Actually only what is not possible. Good coffee though
