Last March 6 at half past 11 I had an appointment with Hollands Kroon at the cemetery in Anna Paulowna for the burial of an urn in an urn grave. The family was present at the agreed time. But there was no one from Hollands Kroon. After waiting half an hour, I called Holland Kroon. Got someone on the phone who knew nothing about it we would be called back. After 10 minutes received a call with the reply that they had emailed the person in question. After waiting an hour, the call came from the person concerned who was responsible for interment in the grave and who should have been present. He had the message that he had forgotten the appointment for the interment in the grave, but that he could still come that we had to wait another 2 hours because he had to come from Castricum. I wonder how can something so seriously go wrong.
