Bought shoes online it is now almost September and we are already waiting from February. No contact, you cannot call them. No response to emails

I had bought a pair of converse shoes from a subsidiary of sidestep in Cologne. The employee in Cologne let me pay for shoes with the wrong size instead of the size I requested! Contacted a branch in Amersfoort and they exchanged my "wrong" shoes with the right ones! Staff in very friendly and helpful and I will definitely come back here again!

Friendly staff with a very neat store. They could not help the poor construction of the purchased shoe. I could buy a new pair with a staff discount. Nice as a solution and a friendly allowance, but would like to see a better service. (This is not due to this location but to the rules of their HQ).
