Nice children's shoes and the saleswomen have an update. They give sincere and honest advice on which model is best for the child's foot. They take their time and are also friendly. Recommended!

They can help with the purchase of children's shoes, but customer service is very disappointing. We experienced several times that we had to wait more than 20 minutes before being helped. That is not nice with small children. Last weekend we were there again, and I (heavily pregnant) unfortunately suddenly had to go to the toilet while waiting. Asked if I could go to the toilet, but I couldn't because the toilet was completely upstairs. I (and other pregnant women I know) can climb stairs very well so it is not the problem. I was under the assumption that stores cannot reasonably refuse this demand of pregnant women and house-trained children, but apparently this does happen at Step by Step (a store that I expect to target this target group).
