Phew ... customer friendliness has really come especially for groceries, but you are really treated like a DOG. WATCH OUT as they put prices lower on the shelves, but the receipt shows a more expensive amount. Then you will not get your money back and they will also discuss with you, because the queue is getting longer because of you while they can still open a cash register .. Incidentally, Dutch law applies here, so you cannot just write on the receipt. that you cannot return anything (the item may be defects, or the price is wrong on the receipt). Next time I would rather drive to another Turkish supermarket.
After I wrote this message above on their Facebook page, I also received a private message from Mr. Engin Cemrek, the manager of Defne supermarket. Instead of saying sorry to the customer, I was also humiliated and accused (see photo).
My advice to this supermarket: work on customer-friendliness, and train your employees and employers.
