A good organization, nice warm people who all help free of charge. Doing and organizing a lot for the people and children. You can go once a week for a small amount for a hot meal. Have a second hand shop for clothes, where you can buy clothes for a very low amount. And always organize something for the children. In fact, every neighborhood should have such an army neighborhood house.
