Very dissatisfied with the quality of the wood. The wood is very thin. One of the 4 products arrives damaged and cannot be used at all. I emailed photos and no response to my complaint after sending the email twice.

We were looking for finishing roofs for the fences in our block. We found them here. A kind elderly man helped us find them. The top ones on the pile looked bad. But underneath were exactly the finishing roofs we were looking for. We took 2 to try and consult with the neighbors. Fine. Come back the next day to get enough. However, this turned out to be a bit difficult because the bottom was also very damaged or crooked. Finally found enough that are usable. We got all the time for this. Some of them had to come off a piece or come with 1 side to a wall. We received a 5% discount because of the damage. Posted the same day and it looks neat.
