They don't keep their delivery promises, don't reply to email and don't pick up the phone. An unusually bad web shop experience so far. I wonder if I'm actually going to receive anything... Well, after two mails and a call they finally reacted. I received the item two days after the advertized period.

Very good experience. I ordered 2 fans for my pc cabinet. 1 of them, I found out later, was too big. This was my own mistake. Email sent at the back and they immediately sent me a new one after a few hours. Top!

Great website with decent prices. If you take the emails out of your spam box, you will also see that you are kept properly informed of the delivery. My package was lost, they solved this quickly and neatly.

Received 2 wrong products and after submitting an RMA I still have not received a response after more than 24 hours. Certainly not a webshop that I would recommend to someone.

Perfect service! Various products ordered from these experts from Twente! A must for every IT specialist / Tweaker. And competitively priced and knowledgeable. My favorite webshop (pick up is also possible)
