** received nice mail from owner. He would summon the driver to clean up the can. Unfortunately that has not been done yet. Then to blame the customer while I saw that the can was thrown away by the driver means that I have not yet deleted the response.
No response about driving behavior. Acting like the king of the road produces these reactions! Learn from that.

Everything went according to plan until I saw that a large traffic jam was indicated on Google Maps. I pointed this out to the driver and discussed with him whether we should not take a different route. However, he assured me that there was no traffic jam because his navigation did not indicate that. He had the up-to-date version and told me that we could fully trust that. Then I was in a traffic jam for half an hour, so I arrived much too late at my appointment. The ride cost me 140 euros so a little discount seemed to be the place. However, this was not immediately possible unless I arranged it with his boss. After telephone contact I have been promised that they will look at it and call me back. This is now a week and a half ago and in the meantime I have tried to call them about five times without success. So if you want a reliable Taxi service, then don't bother and choose a different company!
