What an arrogant receptionist who is new😡. A little hassle to get an appointment, she wants to determine when you are sick or not. Have been since December 30th Sore throat, earache, increase. Corona test done negative 2x. Called yesterday for an appointment, she says there is no place to call today, I call today at 9am is already full how the hell is that possible? How many people are allowed to practice per day in its size than 5?

Dr Prummel is not really customer friendly. he wants to get rid of you so much that i was sent back and forth to some 'specialist' and finally i was told it could just be treated by a doctor - that was by another doctor who also works in the same building . So get it done - what I know is that the other doctor is more knowledgeable and they do best there. Triste

I do not give a star (so must be 1 star). Worthless How they (Dr. Prummel) deal with files and communication. 3 times good help had then been forcefully sent away by his own mistake. And he was very nervous. Never seen anything like it. Worthless.

Much better than my previous doctor in the Schooten health center.

Don't stick to agreements.
