My AEG washing machine was repaired quickly and professionally. A (correct) diagnosis was made within 10 minutes, after which the unfortunately somewhat expensive part (engine control module a approx. 200 eur) was ordered. It is a pity that AEG already needs such an expensive part after 7 years (with a few washes per week), however, WRA cannot do anything about it. The repair costs weighed up to the purchase of a new washing machine, but partly due to the very decent repair costs (hourly wages) decided to have the repair carried out. The invoice only followed after a few days of 'testing' and there is a neat warranty on the part and the repair. In short, if you have a faulty washing machine / white goods, call WRA :)
