At first I was a bit hesitant because it took longer than normal in terms of delivery after an order. Contact could be better, but the tree has arrived. Received a larger than ordered for the same price, because the ordered tree was not in stock. Good service. Beautiful tree, I am very happy with it. Happy Christmas everyone🎄

Beforehand I was hesitant to order an artificial Christmas tree on this website. At first I could not find any reviews until I looked at google myself. But 2 of the 3 reviews gave only 1 star. I k decided to send an e-mail to kunstkerstboomoutlet, because you could not zoom in enough on the photo to see what the 'needles' look like. I received an email within an hour with a picture of the branches. Very neat! I decided to order the tree and have the tree now after 2 days. And I am very happy and satisfied with it. In short, good service and fast delivery. And a very nice artificial Christmas tree!

The company seems to be an amateurish one-man business by Mr Schuurink. He has fully confirmed appointments twice by telephone, but is not honored. I address Mr Schuurink on that and all he does is blame, bustle, wrong deliveries. He cannot do anything about Post nl having a malfunction, but negligence can be blamed on him for not communicating with the customer who counts on it. In addition, it appears that his webshop has no stock and is dependent on correct deliveries. I called afterwards with kunstkerstbomen.nl it was arranged and the following evening I received a confirmation of the deliveries of my order. Thanks to this company, the local residents can still enjoy a warm decoration, which was just the question with Mr. Schuuring. I hope that Mr Schuuring takes this positive criticism to heart and that from now on he will do what he says and say what he does. Bastiaan van Hees Rotterdam South

I have not yet received my tree But they do their very best for you there. The tree I wanted was not there These people ordered them especially for me, what a great service A big 10 👍🏼👍🏼
