Received a bracelet as a gift that came from here, when buying it was then told that the bracelet could be shortened free of charge. Been there and the employee behind the counter first had to ask if it was possible. Already sounded contradictory to what was told during the purchase. It was eventually collected after half an hour. No difference in width was exactly the same, this indicated and the employee just waved it away as if she didn't feel like it. She also said that it was fine while at the time of purchase was told that it would be adjusted for free. In other words, conflicting stories and ultimately a bracelet that is not shortened when they said so ... at least expect honesty should it fail.

My husband's gold signet ring had to be shortened so that our son can wear it, they made it to the right size and fixed it for a very small price, I was pleasantly surprised
