just be carefull for the prices cause there different prices on windows and on the products. the employees are good but i heard also lies about the how the sizes has to be...there is cold ambiance at store

For our 16 year old son this afternoon bought a beautiful, modern, 3-piece costume with which he looks super tight at the graduation ceremony. Matching shoes and acc, One stop shopping, I like that. We were received very nicely upon entering. Since it is my son's first suit, we got advice from a friendly lady. - Extremely wide choice (you always succeed!) - Helpful and patient staff - Park next door, so don't take a long walk in the heat :) That is why we give Henk ter Horst a well-earned 5 stars!

Buy wedding suit A year and a half ago I bought a suit (for a friend's wedding) at Ter Horst in Almelo and was helped very well there. Because of this positive experience, I also wanted to take a look for a wedding suit a few months ago. In advance I contacted them by phone to make an appointment so that I would receive personal assistance. The woman on the phone was very friendly and indicated that it was not necessary to make an appointment for this. When I actually came to Ter Horst it was very busy and no one seemed to have time for me. Somewhat understandable at first glance, but I expected someone to help me find a wedding suit, which luckily happened. After five minutes, a woman came up to me and asked if she could help me. I indicated that I had found a very nice suit on the internet and whether they have something like it & immediately got a blunt response: "why didn't you buy that suit immediately if you liked it so much?". A very strange reaction as a selling party, but she recommended me a suit and immediately had to go to another customer because it was so busy. I initially forgot to put on a decent white blouse so I could immediately see how it looked with the suit. Five minutes later, the woman returned and reacted agitated to the fact that I was not wearing a blouse. She had a blouse for me, but I had to buy it immediately if I put it on. After seeing me doubt she wanted me to change this blouse out of "goodwill" without me buying it, but she did it with a lot of reluctance and she showed it. The woman left again and assigned a colleague to help me. This one helped me for less than five minutes and indicated he would be back in a minute, which didn't happen at all. The bottom line was that I had to find my own suit together with my entourage. When I had collected a three-piece suit, I looked up the woman again to ask if this suit could be left behind since I had an appointment at another store for a wedding suit. Well, this was impossible and she thought it absurd that I would visit another store. It is one or the other. I get her point, but the way she treated and approached me was downright antisocial and condescending. And it is also not the case that I purchase something for a few tens, this is quite a lot of money. When I indicated that I might come back later to buy the suit if it was still available, she seemed almost angry. Because "how could I look further, it doesn't work that way". When I then hung the suit back and wanted to leave the building, the woman turned out to have gone to her manager, who was also with a colleague, and explained the story out loud. My entourage had heard this and was completely unhappy about this. When I left the store I was looked at as if I had committed a crime. This has really been a very negative experience for me and I was very disappointed. I will not go here again and will not recommend Ter Horst to anyone. I understand it was busy, but how I was treated there is downright antisocial and it still bugs me.

Very accommodating customer service. Buying online is fun! I can only recommend Henk ter Horst based on my experience.
