Yesterday I tried to park there in order to go to the theater. Signs towards the garage were broken at first, not indicating how many spaces were left. A significant line of cars was waiting, but the electronic signs outside suggested that there was still plenty of space available. Once firmly stuck in the traffic jam, it turned out that the signs were broken and that the garage was, in fact, full. So each time a car left, one new car was allowed in. When I contacted the staff via the intercom to point the seemingly broken sign out to them, I was very rudely answered. Very confusing signage, rude staff. Parking itself was ok and not too expensive, but due to this I missed the first half of my theater show. If the signs had been working properly, I could've looked for an available alternative parking spot.

When we left, after getting an exit card from the hotel, we couldn't get through the barrier and we had to pay again. When calling the service, we were answered very unfriendly and just hung up. Great parking garage if they hired friendlier staff who can answer questions instead of snapping.

The payment terminal did not work. The employee on the service line was not very friendly.
