We would have a viewing in Losser. We stood in front of a closed door, no broker present. When we called we had to make do with "we forgot to cancel" without any apology. We have both taken time off for this, very annoying. After the weekend we would be called for a new appointment, but so far nothing has been heard. We think this is very bad and indecent. The current housing market does not mean that you can deal with potential buyers in such a way.

On first attempt for an appointment, name and number left in voicemail, but I was not called back afterwards. Finally called myself again to make an appointment for a viewing. However, on the agreed day and time, no one showed up at the house in question. Called again when I was told the house had already been sold and they were therefore not there. No apologies, no cancellation, nothing, as if this were the most normal thing in the world. Very special...

Broker did not show up for a viewing and does not respond to phone calls. Highly recommended! ;)
