Last Thursday around 5 pm ordered a television via the Combi online shop and, according to the site, ordered today at home.
So nothing heard on Friday, so I had to call to order but could get the demo model Friday.
I did not agree with that so they would come in on Monday so I would be called as soon as it would be delivered.
We haven't heard anything on Monday so thought I'll call again around 16.00.
And yes they had come in but were very busy (which seems good to me nowadays with all the competition).
Now it will be brought on Tuesday and I received an answer with a deep sigh that I was about early.
He only needs to be delivered to the next customer within 5 minutes.
Maybe tip with all that competition from bol.com, for example, where it was only 30 euros more expensive, the service is your merit.
I try to help the local entrepreneurs, but that has to come from both sides.
Await tomorrow when it is delivered.
