Recently refurbished and modernised the Hotel continues its policy of perfect personal attention. Upgraded rooms and Public areas have added a level of tasteful luxury of a high standard. A regular visitor with my wife over recent years it has been a pleasure to see the Amsterdam Beach Hotel succeed to to this level.

The receptionist had a very suspicious and unpleasant attitude. She looked kind of rustic, not international oriented...

The room is very tiny, but really clean. No carpets in our room, which I think is essential in a beach hotel, where pets are allowed.
Our room has a view across the street towards the beach, we can see the sea.
It's a great place to sleep at, the breakfast has everything needed, nothing fancy though. I'd prefer less plastic packaging for butter and jams, they're individually wrapped in single portions.
There is a restaurant selling a variety of local and international dishes.
The bar, which is located in the restaurant, is open 24 hours and the prices are not bad for a touristy place.
The room is too small to just hang in, should it be raining. If you're just looking for a clean place to sleep at, this is it.
