Taylor is an installation company with a long reliable history. For me a reason to choose this company. July 2018 we signed the quote for solar panels. The intentions of this company are very good, but implementation was unfortunately a lot less. The panels were finally installed 8 months later. There is room for improvement in professionalism and aftercare. A laying plan has not been issued. Thus, it is not known which microinverter belongs to which panel. (difficult with 5 inverters and 10 panels) We have arranged the app ourselves at the supplier of these inverters (APsystems) to be able to read the panels remotely. Thanks to Jürgen Zimmermann from EMEA Customer Support. We were well helped there. In fact, that should be a service from Taylor. In the end we are happy with the result, the installation works properly.
