Perfect for young and old!
Its ok.. but it could be better if they take care more .. no air conditioner, very hot inside , i pay one hour but i cannot stay more than 20 minutes because it was so hot..

So much fun. We went to the 1-5 year old session. Our 3 year old absolutely loved it and the adult (me) loved it also. Cost us €5. You need socks and our kid was really tired afterwards which is worth the €5 at bedtime at night.
It was lots of fun. Not too big but a real proper workout if you go there for an hour.
