Flat in which I live is cleaned by this company, at least that was the intention. For example, it should be cleaned twice a week. That does not happen and if they come by sometime then it becomes even more dirty after 'cleaning'. They mop with pitch black water and move the dirt so that it becomes even more dirty. Staff are only playing with their mobile in the car and they pay a hefty amount for it, outrageous for words.
